I am P. Vikraman, Principal Agricultural Officer (Rtd), While i was in service I pointed out the errors of my pay fixation with GE/30/D and applied for rectification of anomaly. Failing to furnish the required details requested by the Director of Agri, I invoked RTI Act during Sept. 2013. As per the reply DAG(Admn) C. Cell/RTI-230/2014-15/555 dated 14-10-14, the required details seen furnished on 7-10-14, ie, after my application under RTI. The pay was refixed and slip issued from that office vide No. AE/30/D/V/30/4317 and 4318 dt 5-11-14 and required me to produce the arrear bill and statement and original slips for pre check. Accordingly the bill prepared amounting to Rs. 49497 and sent to that office along with required documents by Regd post on 18-11-2014, delivered to that office, as per postal department on 20-11-2014. No reply till date even after issuing two reminders, one by Regd Post and the Other to the Dy. Accountant General (Admn). please Reply early.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR S.L.S ON 12.4.2013.BUT THE SAME IS NOT SANCTIONED SO FAR SAYING THE REASON THAT MY DATA IS NOT PROCESSED.I AM WAITING FOR FOUR MONTHS AND ABOVE.WHAT CAN I DO GET MY ENTITLEMENT.CAN I APPROACH BEFORE A COURT OF LAW?
