I feel like we were lied to. We booked first class flights only to find out after booking that only half of the flight is first class But wait, there’s more The price of our flight went down considerably so I called several times, but kept getting a message saying if our flight was not soon we should wait and call back because representatives were busy
I had a bad feeling so I called again and was told they would not adjust my price because it was not within the 30 days, but your message said to wait until the flight was closer So, it sounds like a total scam to me I want a refund for the difference in price immediately as I am willing to take this to the press or court… whatever it takes.

Dear UA CEO,
I saw you on PBS News Hour explaining why you have mandated that your staff be vaccinated, but not passengers. We're not idiots. I can be even more easily infected by an adjacent passenger than a flight attendent. You have tried to split the difference through seeming health policy which amounts to sham political correctness. The virus is an Apex predator and your behavior is facilitating infection. You may be protecting your staff, but by so doing and not extending that protection to passengers you are offering them up as sacrificial victims to appease both the virus and deluded humans. I'm vaccinated, but I'm NOT flying till I feel safe. I'd rather see your company go out of business by preventing the unvaccinated from flying than expose myself to people serving as human petri dishes to breed ever more infective variations of the virus. Please get together with the remaining major airlines to ban nonvaxxers from flying. Then ban them from airports.
