The number 703-847-1422 is not a working number I have been sending email.com and been making calls no one will let me speak to mr. Fairbank and I have sent email. I know I am just a small person and My business dosen't seem to matter with capital one not even worth a phone call back or a email.

I have been loyal to Capital One for over 30 years. I just received a late charge because I was one day late. I asked a manager to help to return the late fee and she declined. Something like this should be resolved at a low level. Can someone please help me? I think it's very unfair that a loyal customer be treated this way. Thanks Tony Baldelli

I am attempting to reach the CEO or someone in the corporate office of Capital One. I have just had a fraud case denied by the bank, which makes no sense at all. It states that "they" could not find an error. I had my computer hacked and the person got into my banking and transferred my savings into my checking and than withdrew everything. The name of the person shows on my statement - John Kelly - I do not know a John Kelly. I would think the bank would have had a red flag with all the monies being taken out and would have notified me. As it stands Capital One is taking no responsibility. I have been through hell trying to rectify all my accounts. It appears that the bank thought it was fine that my savings was transferred to checking and a John Kelly received all. My claim #220208CL068. I have been told this is a Federal offense and will be contacting the FBI as the police fraud department immediately told me this was fraud. Capital One accepts no responsibility.

I am extremely disappointed with capital one. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This is the second time in a week that customer service was no help to me and put me on hold and walked away. Yesterday I booked a visa for Australia with travel online visa only to find out from the Australian government that they are not issuing three month visas at this time. I called capital one to tell them that I think this company is a fraud. My transaction is pending and I am trying to stop this company from scamming me in the future. It seems that capital one has a ridiculous policy that there is nothing that can be done until the merchant gets his money. I am trying to prevent any fraud to my card. Capital one offered to cancel my card and issue a new on. This meant that I will not be able to charge anything until my card arrives in the mail. Canceling my card will still allow this merchant to collect his money. Is there any way to fix this problem?

I opened a Capital One account so I could take advantage of the 15 month interest free deal. I used the card once and have made several payments. Then account became restricted. I called and they need copy of utility bill, social security card and drivers license. I mailed them copies of all 3. Called week later and they did not receive. I faxed copies on 10/15/21, 10/20/21, 10/22/21. Was told SS card was cleared, but could not read the others. I told them I am now afraid of identity theft because my information is some where at their location. I am promised calls back and nothing. I wish I had never opened this account.

On 7/2/21 around 9:45a. M. I went to Capital One Bank drive thru located 11221 Coursey Blvd Baton Rouge, LA. To cash a check. I sent the check and my drivers license to the teller. The teller returned the tube the envelop contained money, but not mylicense. I asked her where my license? she said "in the envelop. "It was not, she looked around then stated it probably fell under the tray. She said a contractor had to get it out, she would call me when it was found. No one called, at 3:30 my wife got home we drove to the branch, we asked for the license or a supervisor. We were referred to a supervisor at 8009 Jefferson Hwy. We drove there spoke with supervisor Julie she was cavalier and very dismissive in her attitude stating there was nothing they could do until the contractor came. Around 4:45 we got a call from Julie stated my license was not found. The teller most likely put my license in another customer's envelop. Julie told me to just get another license at my cost.

Capital One is a terrible banking institution. They are very disorganized and not cooperative with legitimate complaints. Their customer service reps are barely understandable and give incorrect information. Do your banking somewhere else.

Ever one i know should never get capital one my card expired and i tried to get a new one it's been 3 months i had to send fax of my drivers license i told them i wonder where that will end up still no answer they would not cancel my old card and would not send me another one was threatened with bad credit if i did not pay on a card i had no idea where it was also wrote to the ceo no answer at all even sent copies i had to go and buy a cell phone they told me my home phone i was talking on was not my phone i am 70 years of had to go buy a cheap phone and pay for fax bill. I have bad knees and can hardly walk i asked the ceo in a letter how he would like to have his mother treated like that no answer yet i will pay the card off plus the interest and late charge them i will pray to god to make there company go out of business i still owe 300. 00 i used it for good at won dixie but do not worry both you and i should pray fishermen go out of business god do not like ugly god bless you honey.

Not happy with capital one at all. Because I was going to use someone else to charge to my credit card account, but now capital one is ask for a lot of personal information for the other person. Here a copy of Capital One policy that list below
Yes. You can add authorized users online after you sign in, or you can call the number on the back of your card. Please note that to add an authorized user to your account, you must be the primary cardholder, secondary cardholder, power of attorney, or small business account manager. And say nothing about getting personal information for the other person and I did use the online form after I sign in and I`M the primary card holder and now I can`t use the account because it is lock from capital one because I haven`t return the other person personal information I have ask to remove the other person, but now I can`t do that with out the other person information and all I been getting is the run around so I would like to talk to the CEO.
