Explain to me how murdering children equals diversity, equity and inclusion for unborn living child? Who appointed you to cancel their unalienable rights?

I just spent almost $10 to mail a letter to the above listed PO Box only to have it returned saying “box closed” with no forwarding address. I tried to call the number listed and got nothing, but recordings, never could reach a person to get an actual address. Pretty sad customer service.

As a high school teacher I feel it is my responsibility to teach my students to attend more closely to current affair and to consider the 'here and now' of pressing social issues, especially those which threaten our liberal democracy and their futures as young Americans. As such I have introduced my classes to the roles of corporate citizenship in modern life, both good and bad. American Airline now serves as a prime example of corporate malfeasance by consciously funding members of congress who participated in the violent and deadly January six insurrection at the US Capitol, post election. I have assigned my students the task of engaging in this debate with their friends on social media and presenting discussions by their peers and by others. Including their parents to the rest of our student body. We will be holding a Zoom rally on Nov. 15. Our students will then present you, as American Airline's CEO, with an edited video of the most thoughtful formulations from the students of Lin.

As a stockholder I am very upset that you have publicly stated that American Airlines has taken a position on the voting laws of Georgia. You may have personal opinions, but as the CEO of American you may not publicly position American Airlines to interfere in the internal affairs of Georgia. That is for the voters of Georgia to determine. You have alienated millions of potential customers and you have no business doing that. That is bad business. All you do is hurt people like MLB did when it hurt the citizens of Atlanta which is predominately Black.

I am a marketing major and learned it's not good to alienate half of your customer base. I read the SWA comment and it was very neutral, well done. To paraphrase a Military boss I had, "that CEO passed up a perfectly good opportunity to keep his mouth shut. ".

Way to take advantage of COVID American Airlines. You are charging ridiculous prices for seating which shoves everyone into low cost seating next to each other and you aren't even social distancing. I ended up in a situation where the person coming to stay with my daughter so I could take my son to school ended up ill. In order to add my daughter to my one way flight reservation that my son and I already had in the seat next to us, you charge me $110 more dollars for her ticket. WOW So much for being Platinum Pro. Your reps were not empathetic at all. They not only wouldn't let me refund the sick person's ticket, but they wouldn't allow me to use the credit on the new ticket and they upcharged me $110 on the one way fare because I booked the ticket after the other two. You aren't serving food or drinks on planes, but people can bring them on and remove their masks to eat and drink so what exactly is that accomplishing? Oh- it saves you money by not serving these items.

Yes, i agree, this company has received millions is goverment bail outs and have treated their customers as second rate citizens. During covid delta and alaska airlines gave me full refunds, american has been a nightmare to deal with trying to use trip credits, vouchers etc…. Then to top it off, during my last flight they lost items from my baggage and basically said too bad, your bag wasn’t delayed or damaged, we won’t cover it. So i’m out $1400 to replace items!
as soon as i use the remaining credit i have, i will never fly this airline again. Dismal customer service and ethics, sadly the reps are nice and are very limited on what they can do. The problems are at the top in policies, and they are untouchable.
