I yanasegaran Manickam age74.IC:481204085035.i was retired as telekom staff on 4/12/2003 at bukit tengah, Penang. We never get any special previleges till now although ex staff of Telecom malaysia. My retirement monthly pension only $260 only. Why not give us free unifi for us the benefit of the old age on new year. Thank you. Pls forward it to chairman of TM.

Hi Sir, I have received a check for a refund for phone termination from you.Your check number is 170924 amounting to RM979.80 from Standard Chartered Saadiq Bhd dated 21 Feb was sent to me. I received this check in July. The check was bounced after I tried to deposit it. Can you please resend a new check to me? Thank you AS LOW

Dear Sir/Madam,
I regretted to inform you that you have not delivered your service as per your commitment in TM website. I had just upgraded TM service from Streamyx (A/C: D9453123501018, +6073864286) to Unify (A/C: 1030486185, +6073823379) on 31. 05. 2016. Till date, both the home phone line and unifi were suddently completely not in service since 02. 06. 2016. I am sorry to use this channel:
(1) I sent few help mails to "help@tm.com. My", but your mail box was full. (2) I went down to make report at TM office in JB on 05. 06. 2016, promised the TM Technical will contact me - But nothing happen. (3) My Streamyx (A/C: D9453123501018, +6073864286) cutoff on 31. 05. 2016 due to upgraded to Unify (A/C: 1030486185, +6073823379), but JB TM told me I have to paid till 05. 06. 2016. (4) I believe the Unify (A/C: 1030486185, +6073823379) will bill me since 02. 06. 2016 even it was not working. From: Lee Ai Hua and YappManHung (+6596395554).

Seriusly. I got very bad servis from TM. Since 2010 apply for streamyx. Kata nya tiada kekosongan port. So i just follow up tiap every 3month. Sampai la sekarang sudah masuk tahun 2016. Masih jawapan yg sama. Apabila pergi HQ TM di menara pertam di melaka, disuruhnya buat report utk penambahan port. Tetapi sudah 6tahun masih lagi tiada penambahan port. Padahal permintaan meningkat. Pekerja TM cakap memag ramai yg mohon. So what are you guys waiting?? jalankan kerja anda. Buat la penambahan port dgn segera. Kami ni pelanggan, nk guna servis TM anda. So make us feel good with your service. 2010-2016 buang mase aku trun naik TM. TQ TM.

I try apply unifi line from last year until today, , but until today i still can not get my apply my unifi line. When i call the same reason i will get from TM people. My address not in TM record. So many time i apply and request

Very bad service. Cal so many times. Cannot reach the operator. What happen. Is this Telekom Malaysia. Bcos I have a problm with my unifi for almost three days. After make a report. Still no sign from yr technician. And I'm calling for no 100 for a report. Still give me a same reason. Pls I'm running a biznes. For almost three days I cannot do anything.
