Manas National park also known as the Manas Wildlife Sanctuary, is a National park located in Assam, India and occupied the area of more than 950 kilometer square. The park was established in the year 1990 and governed by the Ministry of Environment and Forests and Government of India. The Manas National park is Famous for its rare endemic wildlife, which includes Hispid Hare, Assam Roofed Turtle, Pygmy Hog and olden Langur as well as for its inhabitants of the Wild water buffalo.
