I have been trying to get justice against a serious criminal offence of authorised Volkswagen Capital, Automark Motors Pvt Ltd, B-1, F-5 Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044, dealership in India, owned by Ms Garima, forging my signatures, creating fake receipt, for almost a year now. I have been on their legal link, grievance cell. I have all the documents, voice recordings to substantiate my case. Right from the owner to GM to the manager, including VW management, have shown such nonchalance. I am waiting to get real justice and not hogwash which I have been getting from your India Division, courtesy, Harish Varma, Head of Sales Quality, after admitting to the fact that the dealership forged my signatures, created a false document, tried to fleece me of my deposit money, in the end all he said was enjoy riding the car, sorry for the inconvenience caused, and told me to go to court.

I love my 2015 Golf DSG (S) TDI. But sad the situation came down to diesel gate. I intend to take the buy back. My car is in pristine condition,, but there is no more money in the buy back for a clean car than a rough car. That is unfair. My car is low miles. Now only has about 2, 800 miles. I have a 2014 VW golf seven 1. 4TSi DSG, and it gave me problem with the gearbox, and i took it to the dealership and they realised the mechatronics in the gearbox is faulty and there were fillings in the gearbox, they say they need to replace the whole gearbox and they have ordered parts which will take 21 days to arrive in South Africa, Johannesburg. I asked the dealer to provide me with a loan car in the mean tile, while they figure out what to do with the vehicle, however im told they do not have cars, so they cannot help me

This is upsetting to hear that VW cant help with getting me a loan car while the gearbox fault is being attended to. I wouldn't have minded if it was just two day, for a month i can not, not be mobile

Please help.

Bom dia,

Em Julho de 2005 comprei um Passat Highline 2. 0 TDI. Em Novembro de 2015 o motor partiu uma corrente da bomba de óleo que está localizada no cárter e que nunca é verificada em nenhuma manutenção. Foi o veículo enviado para o representante onde tinha sido adquirido e que constatou o que se tinha passado. Quando falamos em garantia. Sabe o carro já tem ten anos e etc. Etc. Resumindo, nada resolveram e a solução foi recomendarem a colocação de motor novo (?) pago pelo cliente. Claro que o cliente. VW nunca mais .

Dear Vw authority, i am writing to inform you about the management problem of which I have been faced in ankara and turkey. By the way I have been driving Vw cars since 2003 ( Passat and caddy). Since three weeks I have been trying to change my current caddy with the new one. The particular color I have chosen is not available in ankara. So I managed to find one in one of dealer based in Istanbul ( Maslak dealer). After reserving that car on 28 May 2016, i have applied to the dealer based in ankara ( Cankaya dogus) asking them to transfer my car from Istanbul to ankara whete I live. But I have been told by both dealer that I should go to Istanbul to buy my car. Means I have to travel 500km and agains come back another 500km I wonder why the Vw being largest distributor network in the world can not deliver my car where I live Could you please enlighten me about this "mismanagement" of the distributor based in Turkey. I would like to complain again, i complained two weeks ago, and my car was taken in for fixing, and i was given a courtesy car for one week, and yesterday it was returned agin not fixed, so i sent it back, but my problem is im tired of the same problem being unfixed. If i do not get help from you, i will take it up with VW Germany and also go to the newspapers. If they cant fix the car why not give me a new car? I drive a 2013 polo hatchback comfortline which i bought brand new and i service every time, now my warranty will expire and my problem is unfixed. The car is faulty, they cant find the problem at Mccarthy VW parow, i once complained to you, got a call from the agent, now im tired of this dissapointment, please intervene. Its a rattling sound from the engine and it doesnt go away, and the dealer has brought the car back four times with the problem still there.

My car get problem on Road in running Condition on 09. 04. 2016 and I gave it for repairing on your Surat Dealer M/s. Navjivan Auto square Pvt. Ltd on 11. 04. 2016. Service Advisor (SA) was Mr. Mayor Patel. My Car is under warranty upto 30. 06. 2016 and 100000kms. When I gave my Car Kilometre shows 83144. First Mr. Mayur told me that your work will done under warranty. I called Mr. Mayur on 13. 04. 2016 for five to six times and 14 th morning also. Sorry to say that He not pick my call or not answer later. I felt that something going wrong, Then I rush to their workshop. Madam Bhumika Bhatia attend me and told me that your warranty will not cover due to late service done. I argued with Madam and told her to show me the mail or letter of VW company authorities who denied this. (FULL LETTER ATTACHED).

Dear sirs. I have been driving vw diferent model over 20 years. Now i have 2014 model jetta made in Mexico plant. I live in Yerevan Armenia. On 30th September 2015 i ordered a pair of shock absorver from authorized dealer Evrowagen in Yerevan. They told me it will cost with the work 182. 000. Amd. Which is about 380. Us dolar. I paid this amount cash on 30th. September 2015. Delivery frame time in contract was 20 to 40 days. On 23th January 2016 my spare parts came 80 days late. I was ordering OEM original vw shock absorver, but i got sachs brand. And they changed the price and i have paid plus 120 usd. Isntead of pardon me they behaved so ugly that my 20 years love of vw broken down. I am thinking of sell my vw and buy another brand because of this service which is only in Armenia.

The car is having problem from day one, every time the complaint is registered dealer give some quick fix solution and it is repeated again or new problem comes. I have written to your customer care India team, but not able to get permanent solution. I have purchased VW keeping in mind that German technology will be superior one and i will enjoy the drive, but now i regret my decision and top of it no support is there from your Indian counterpart. Hope with your intervention things will improve.

I want to inform you that your product is ultimate, but your Dealer Volkswagen Delhi West Najaf Garh Road Moti Nagar New Delhi is Ultimate cheater in all respect. He is ruined your reputation in Delhi. They charge 5to10 times of actual from every customer and no body is there to listen. They have very bad reputation in Delhi they are the biggest cheater. I tell tell you one instance when I purchased Vento after three months one person came our uncle patrol pump in Vikas Puri for fuel in Polo and by mistake diesel is filled in place of patrol only three liters. Suddenly he remembered that Its patrol car and stop filling. By pushing car is displaced and call the company Moti Nagar the told do not worry we will get the car and clean the rank and will give in three days charges will be Rs. 5000/00 customer said Ok after three days they said your engine is total damaged and you have to pay Rs. 248000. Police call.

I have a golf FSI hatch back, year of manufacture 2006, I think in Japan??chassis number is WWWZZZ1K6W586294the car has a defect in the Automatic gear box. The body valve has to be replaced by a modified model. Here in Cyprus it costs to replace over Eur 1800. - which is exorbitant. I read on internet that in some cases the body valve was replaced by VW free. Please advise if you can supply a body valve and I will replace it on my account in Cyprus. Good morning. I have always been a Volkswagen lover and supporter, and there is just no equal to volkswagen. I bought myself a tdi 1. six 2010 jetta in 2013 and it was a dream come true for me after saving almost three years to buy it. I recently started having problems with my diesel knock on my car, which till today is very loud and was told by silver oaks Volkswagen dealership in Gauteng that my injectors was faulty on the car, and they had it tested and that all four injectors are to be replaced, and can not be up graded or fixed. My car only has 90 000 km on it and i was told by other Volkswagen dealerships that its impossible that the injectors would be faulty on such low mileage. I am not getting any help from Volkswagen here and also not from my extended warranty policy underwriters iua business solutions that is with McCarthy Volkswagen in South Africa. An injector here is R 9, 291. 00 and for all four its going to be R 37, 164. 00. You are my last hope. Please help Germany Volkswagen.

I bought my VW polo from Volkswagen India on 22nd of May 2012. Within two year, three of four ABS sensor got complaint. Even once the car ran without brake. Once when i applied brake, it showed some errors in the display at the car moved about 20 feet without brake, while i was at a speed of 40-50 mph. Now I fear to drive VW cars which is continuously showing problems with braking system. Even the service personal is not able to find the cause of the problem. Keeping apart this, VW gives the smooth drive than any other car which i drove. But how can one keep aside the braking problem of the vehicle he is driving?
