I am Miskat . I am the owner of suzuki fi abs 2023 from Bangladesh. I found too much problem with my new suzuki fi abs. Disk problem, color problem and so much. I respect japan, but this type of bike is not gone to japan standard. Very low quality bike. I always know from my childhood that japan bike and the people is most loyal and sustained. So why your product is too low quality?

I own a SX4 model susuki year 2012 with some 40, 200 miles registered, The air conditioner and the radiator are both in need of repairs. This car, with low mileage, has been repaired several times by your local dealer. I am now retired, age 84, semi invalid, and can not afford the cost of repairing it now. I'm owner of Suzuki Jimny Sierra (MT) 22/23 in Brazil. It's so strange that you have a buzzer to alert you about the lights on when you finish your trip, but not when you start your journey to alert you the lights are off. Its the law in Brazil to stay with the lighs on, Mitsubis Toyota, Nissan have the automatic system. So, the dealer can not install a small rele or a simple buzzer to solve this problem, because the garantee. What I should I do, take a ticket ?

I bought a S-CROSS car fully automatic smartHybrid car in Chennai, India. It stopped middle of the national highway with the following conditions
1. Accelarator was not working
2. Sensor was not working
3. Not able to start vehicle
4. Not able to turn-on emergency light at that time
5. No way to indicate other vehicle that my car got stopped due to some problem in my car. 5. Not safe for long drive and hill station drive. Highlight: I do service properly, new car, bought in last Jan 2021, around 10, 000km. Above are the reasons to prove it is not safe. I gave service four days back still they are identifying the root cause of the issue.

I would like to point out one design failure of suzuki Wagon R motor car. I am using a SUZUKI Wagon R FZ Year 2014 model. At the moment millage is around 63000Km. During last six years time I had to replace Engine cooling fan motor five times. I heard this is a common problem faced by all Wagon R users in Sri Lanka. This is a real trouble as sometimes Engine heating up due to the fan failure. Please give me your solution.

I have 2019 model celerio are ags only 13000 km driven I found fuel gauge faulty after check up with AAA MARUTI suzuki defence MUNDKA DELHI INDIA dealership they get my car inspected by principle (suzuki company) and found FUEL GAUGE BROKEN and rejected my warranty claim I'm surprised how IT will broken inside the fuel pump they must have use inferior quality of fuel gauge
Now kindly suggest me how to get my car gear fixed from company under warranty

As the owner of a December 2015 Swift I feel devastated that I can not obtain a Denso 96510-74P02 battery for the idlestop. Unbelievable that the car which has covered 20k miles is virtually scrap. I've never come up against a vehicle manufacturer that offer such a poor customer service.

I have 2020 model wagon are ags only 7000 km driven I heard strange noise from gear after check up wid suzuki defence karachi pakistan dealership they get my car inspected by principle (suzuki company) and found few drops of water in gear oil and rejected my warranty claim I'm surprised how come water come in gear oil they must have use inferior quality seals

I have suzuki jimny 2017 model and i was field complaint about the A/C issue because the all smells come to my car even exhaust smells of another cars. My name is Mounir Mina , I live in Lebanon, I have no complaint on Suzuki cars, great vehicles, my complaint is about the dealer in Lebanon. Gabs who refuses to sell us fast moving parts like oil filters, brakes spark plugs etc. Unless we service our cars at the dealers who is a rip off. Moreover our currency in Lebanon is Lebanese pounds which has plunged dramatically as all the world knows, The dealer asks us to go exchange to US dollars or he will not service or us any part. I think it is a rip off. I have a 2020 Suzuki car as well a lot of my friends too. I think the dealer should have informed us of such action before we bought our cars. Then we would have shifted over to another brand like Nissan, Toyota or Honda who
have no such policy. I want to buy genuine parts, but I do not want to service my car at the company, The dealer says that I will lose my warranty. It easier to lose my warranty than lose my dignity. Thank you.

kind attention Suzuki Motors corporation Japan customer services

I am from Lahore city, Pakistan. I booked Suzuki Cultus car in November 2020 and booking No. AI 20051474 Dt 10-11-2020. Reference No. 239/2000/00901 paid full invoice amount to Suzuki motors Pakistan. They gave me delivery date 12-01-2021. After four months unfortunately i am unable to get the delivery of my vehicle. Suzuki Pakistan unable to give me any positive reply on this issue. I trust Suzuki due to creditable name in market, but sorry to say i am very disappointed to see the way PAK suzuki dealing with their local customers. Infect they are giving mental torture. Please help me to get the delivery of my vehicle. Regards.

i bought a used mehran car in april from suzuki taxila(pakistan). mr waheed(manager of suzuki taxila motors) neither gave us the transfer letter nor ID card of the last owner of my mehran...now he is as silent as a grave ignoring my request to give the transfer letter so that the car could be registered on my name. sorry to say but the suzuki employees try their best to make the company notorious in the eyes of people.....i am writing here because i expect that someone from the company would sort out this matter as i couldnt found the mailing ID of company.... i CONTACTED THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF RAWALPINDI PAKISTAN BUT ALL IN VAIN

My suzuki wagonR model 2007 is totally good, but its fuel consumption is not good it gives 12 km per liter. And the same car of this model giving 25 to 30 km per liter.

Have a 2007 suzuki sx4 that started knocking in 2010, took to dealer and suzuki replaced engine. Same car started knocking again with only 6000 miles on engine. Took to local mechanic and he found flywheel was completely broken in a circle around crankshaft bolts. This knock is the same knock as the car had in 2010. Replaced flywheel with new flywheel and car is fine. Thought you might like to know this. I have pictures of broken flywheel as well as the flywheel itself. Engine did not need replacing.

In March of 2001 I bought a Suzuki Swift. In the fourteen{14}years that I have owned this car, only once that have turned the key, has it not cranked. That was due to a bad battery. It has never left me stranded anywhere, and has gotten me to where I was going and back home 100% of the time. It is the best car I have ever owned. You guys produced a car that defies physics.
