The VA recently approved presumptive disability to vietnam veterans who where exposed to Agent Orange and now have Parkinsonism, the only problem with this is the Biden appointed secretary who has no military or VA hospital experience did not give the regional offices direction on how to handle these claims. Just another stall and whitewash by the VA.

To get payment for care in the Community travel mileage is a wreck at best. I have to get a note from my Doctor (CHILDISH). I then have to call, write or get off of Computer the proper form, fill it out, attach my Doctors note, go get my $. 55 stamp and whatever an envelope costs and mail it. Why couldn't a site be built to accept information from Care in the Community Doctors. When the appointment is completed the doctors could send it in with diagnosis, and whatever information as should be needed. No longer use civilian contractors, but bring in military engineers for repairing, upgrading, or building. Then we would be able to use the budget for MEDICAL purposes. Dirk L. Zollinger

The entire bureaucratic employee sytem of the VA needs to be FIRED. The replaced with people that are:
1. Willing to take care of the veteran population. 2. Care about people. 3. Have a clue on how to handle problems. The current bureaucrat ensamble have their heads so far up the keesters that if any of them were to remove their head it would creat a sonic boom.

No useful information on website. Basically a veteran is being told that the secretary does not want to hear from you. Good to see that government agencies haven't changed, just the faces. Someone needs to hear about the abysmal service of the Memphis VA hospital. Contact me if you desire to hear an old veteran give you details on the less than stellar Memphis VA hospital.
