My name Visu from Malaysia. I bought Nissan Serena car on Aug 2022 in Tan Chong group Butterworth branch. On Mei 2023 I am facing Not available system Mulfunction error until my car breakdown. So already send my car to nearest service centre to check what going on? After few days Nissan found some wire harness tear off, so what that doing there insulate with shrink heat tape it and do wire management(it's correct troubleshooting) if for temporary yes it's correct. As professional company there must change full set wire harness because my car under warranty and just buy between one years. I doing my car service with schedule by service centre and taking care with good. I am worries if this issue happen again and it's not safe for my family. My car no plate PQJ2661. Hopefully will get good answer from your team. Thanks and regards.

First of all this my second experience with nissan. And it was the worst this I've ever seen i bought nissan patrol y62 for family as a main car. I maintanance the car in the UAE dubai agency regular ly as required every 10k km at 130k i noticed engine noise after company diagnosed the car they said i need new engine block and my car about four months in the company for repair and still waiting with hope less to fines as soon as possible. Service adviser he should keep me updated about my car, but no one contacted me. This my last car from nissan as long GCC company PRO not doing their roll to take care of costumer.

I am from India. Have taken NISSAN Kicks with lots of pride and enthusiasm in Oct 2019. Since beginning, the car was have AC issue. Till date not rectified. India team is laying deaf ears and the bug is stopping at Customer care platform only. I am told to pay from my pocket to replace the AC unit. There is no technical explanation from them and they are taking the garb of me missing two services / late services and that's why extended warranty cannot be applied. My contention is, within three years any car AC gets damaged?, which the beyond the control of the Car Owner. I do not want to pay, as the car is new and they ask me to shell out money for new AC unit. Already i have purchased this car by paying enough, but with lots of love and passion. Please help by sending this info to the right platform in India.

Since purchase there is problem in ignition and car doesnt start ranging from two attempts upto 50-100 attempts. I am residence of Qatar, having Nissan XTrial Model 2016 - VIN: JN1BT2MMOGW005668. I am not a technical person, however I have used different brand vehicle whilst staying in Qatar, however service at Nissan dealer is not to our satisfaction. From day one a sound is found however technician at dealer office states that it's normal and it appears in all vehicles and Mr. Mohammed Amir was prepared to show me the same sound appearing in new brand model to which I did not agreed. Hello, i am from Panama in Central America, i have a big problem with my Infiniti Q50S hybrid with Vin JN1BAAV37Z0470039. In October 29 2020 the car stopped working. Previously i had taken in to the leadership, but they never detected the problem, the car only have 65, 000kms and in Panama no one know what to do. Please let me know. Dear sirs, i would like speeck abaout the bad experience I had buying a Frontier Xgear Nissan 4x4 in Argentina, for your information I bought it at oficial dealer called KADIRA branch that is in ITUZAINGO in the province of Buenos Aires, I had a Honda HRV and decided to change to Nissan, The experience in your Branch was terrifying. They didn't give me the vehicle in time and also had to pay an aditional price due to that Nissan Argentina didn't give to the branch the promised vehicule, from there on my experience was realy very bad. They gave me the vehicule after two months, and without the aditional elements I paid for this is why I write to you because in Nissan Argrentina I maid the complain and nothing happened. For the little time I used the car I think is very good, but the sales maneger and the General maneger were realy very bad, and I think it cant happen specialy whith a trade mark with so much experience. Thank you very much.

I seek amicable resolution in relation to the defective new car received on 28Novemer2015 CHS:SJNFBAJ11U1411648 having purchased it from Dah Chong Hong Dealership in Hong Kong. It broke down on 14 days of delivery (10December 2015) after total distance of 298km travelled. Towed to repair centre. I have made reasonable alternatives for resolution of this matter and all been rejected by Dah Chong Hong dealership and Nissan Hong Kong. I would like to express Safety and quality issues and I understand Nissan Japan aims to ensure top level quality to customers. I hope you can understand our frustrations and emotional affected by this. We were looking forward for our family travel around on a new hassle free Nissan car, but turned to a nightmare. I wish for you to investigate into this current matter and propose a resolution acceptable to both of us. Looking forward to hearing from you.

The vehicle broke down within 14 days of delivery (on ten December 2015) after a total distance of 298 kilometers travelled. The brand new Qashqai Plus could not be started at all afterwards and Dah Chong Hong arranged for it to be towed to their repair center. The abrupt breaking down of the vehicle raises safety issues from continuous use and lose control of a vehicle and pose serious risk of injury to the driver, passengers and anyone outside of the car. I understand Nissan aims to sustain trusted by addressing quality and safety. I wish for you to investigate into this current matter and propose a resolution acceptable to both of us.
