The Black National Anthem at every game. Whatever the rational - probably $$$$ - it is another way of dividing America. Anyone who doesn't see the danger in this is not paying attention. We were supposed to be judged on the basis of one's character. Apparently, that's not the objective. The NFL has become a political tool in the sale of a radical political doctrine. All of this may benefit someone, but it's not benefitting
America.

The product is generally good and to all who said they would avoid because of flag and anthem disrespect, that is not exactly a boycott-size issue. However, the divisions need realignment. Here is how I would realign them(the unchanged divisions are left out):
AFC:
East: Washington Football Team, Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles
West: Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Chargers
NFC:
North: Indianapolis Colts, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals
South: Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, Houston Texans, Dallas Cowboys
East: Baltimore Ravens, New York Giants, New England Patriots, New York Jets
West: Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos
This realignment is intended to keep divisions roughly geographical.

Just wondering why teams use their own footballs? Basketball players do not switch balls at possession changes, baseball players do not either. Nor do soccer players. So why football? seems like it would put an end to such games like DELATE GATE.

Well, another year of not watching football on TV. It is unfortunate that these over rated, over paid jocks insist on disrespecting our flag and our country. It is also too bad that the NFL doesn't have a commissioner with some "balls" to handle this situation. Make a rule and they can live with it or not play ball.

I did not watch any games last year for the first time in 60 years. I love my Packers, but cannot watch due the the disrespect shown for this country, the military, and law enforcement by some of the players. I fully respect everyone's right to free speech, but simply do it on your own time and dime. I have in the past and will continue to protect and preserve the first amendment and all aspects of the Constitution. I never worked a job in the private sector or during my service for different government agencies where I was allowed to or expected to be able to express my personal views. I feel bad for the patriotic players, coaches and personnel with common sense that are caught in the middle on this matter. The team owners and league need to step up and end this.

I'm 77 year's old and as of last year I no longer watch ANY professional Football games. All professional sports exist purely for my entertainment. I have NO other reason to watch ANY sporting event apart from my enjoyment of a contest between two highly skilled teams. ANYTHING that TAKES AWAY the focus of my watching and enjoying a particular sporting event has a simple remedy. I STOP WATCHING IT. Paul Burkholder .

I will not watch NFL Football, will not buy ANY products that the NFL sponsors or advertises, will not buy tickets to ANY games. I hope you guys go bankrupt, Chapter 7. That you play before EMPTY stadiums and that NO ONE watches your games on the Television. WHY? Because of your dishonoring our flag, our country, our President by refusing to stand before our Flag and at the singing of our National Anthem. I am done with you. Many others share my views. I am also a "Missionary" to have all of my friends rid themselves of the NFL from their lives. Good riddance to your league and your teams.

I will no longer watch NFL Football. I will not support any advertiser who sponsors your games. I am feed up with the NFL and the way Tim Tebow was treated and the way you support the disrespect of our country and the National Anthem. NHL Hockey is the only Sport with Class. I feel the same about the NBA I want watch them any more either. I work for a Pro Hockey team and the one thing they tell us as employees on game day is if you are a fan of the other team and are working you are not to pull for that team, cheer for that team or wear any item supporting that team while on duty or you will be sent home and not invited back. That should be the same for your players also. What I do on my time and my dime is up to me. I have been a Panthers Fan since the were formed. I love the Sea Hawks and was so proud when they won the Super Bowl. People like me work hard for the money we make and I choose not to support your League any longer.

I just wanted to take a moment to say just how disgusted I am with the NFL and the team members that are supporting this political statement of kneeling for our national anthem. When sports fans go to the ball fields we go to watch a game, not some individual attempting to push his beliefs on others. I respect his right to voice his opinion, but this is his job. Why not let him or her finance their own I do not like this or that time slot on national television. I have read where the ratings have fallen in recent weeks for the NFL and I hope it really tanks after this Sunday. What it comes down to is simple disrespect for our flag, country and all of people that have paid the ultimate price for their right to speak their minds. I for one will no longer be supporting our local team (Detroit Lions)by purchasing tickets nor will I watch a game where one man kneels again. I'm willing to bet many others feel as I do and I hope they take a moment to pass on their opinion as I did.

I am appalled by the players who do not stand at the opening ceremonies and it is sad that the almighty dollar prevents owners from firing them. Many of these players went from poverty to millionaires thanks to the opportunity offered to them by this great country. They should be ashamed of themselves and anyone who does not stand to respect this nation should be fired at once As for my family and friends, we will "take a knee" by not supporting the NFL in any way until this selfish act has been rectified. You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to happen. Today's players are not role models for our youth as they were in years prior. Signed,
Boycotting the NFL.
