High Court in Madhya Pradesh was established in 1956 and authorized by the constitution of India. The high court is located at Jabalpur, Indore, and Gwalior. Earlier it was inaugurated in Nagpur but on November 1, 1956 when the reorganisation of States done it was shifted to Jabalpur. The court is built on an impressive and big building which was architect by Henry Irwin and constructed by Raja Gokul Das. There are 14 court rooms available in the building.
