Loblaws you pulled a low ball on your returning customers, pulling all your 50% off stickers. 30 % is not worth the older discolour product going to expiry, you will have a much higher “WASTE” on your “BELT” to do deal with now
Your 50% chance off was a saving for not only you, but your loyal customer who returned to your store, while picking up there 50% off, plus I’m sure regular purchases at the same time. Very disappointing and I call this plane and simple GREED

Good luck, I will be move along to different stores.

Okay. People who run all Loblaws related stores. Could you please turn your crazy, high pitched, annoying music OFF or DOWN. Why do we as consumers have to put up with such noise that causes many of us to get a Headache, Madness, Upset, Wanting to shop faster to get away from your crazy music. Why do not you just turn it all OFF. And give us some peace of mind when we shop. This is coming from all the seniors, migraine suffers, general people who can not stand listening to a female pierce our ears everytime we enter a store. Please for the love of God : take note from such stores as the Dollar Tree who do not play MUSIC. Give us a BREAK.

Want Loblaws to let their grocery store on Broadway Ave in Saskatoon, Sk. To remain open This store has the friendliest staff and a great selection of food in an area that is the closest to downtown where I live. There are not grocery stores in downtown Saskatoon and it is badly needed.

Poor unsanitary condition of Saskatoon Confederation Park location, entry into store, at shopping cart area. I commented on the mess, to a store employee, as I entered the store. He said “yea” and walked away.

I would like to make a complaint about a Store in BC that is assisting in discriminatory actions within their store. I have contacted the manager of that store and he did not seem to care about what was happening in his store. Could you please provide me with an email to whom I can lodge a complaint or have some action taken before I contact BC Human Rights and the Better Business Berue?

I would give an even lower rating at this point if it was allowed. It is my understanding that several superstores in BC who allow walk-in clinics to rent space from super store are allowing the walk-in clinics to post signs saying that those individuals who are not vaccinated against COVID 19 are not allowed to walk-in anymore that they are strictley being allowed in through an appointment basisis only. So what is the difference of having an appointment and not having an appointment when clearly everyone was perfectly fine sitting together before in these spaces Superstore is the land lord to the walk-in clinics as they are renters therefore any illegal or discriminatory acts are the responsibilty of the landlord to rectify. This is discrimination at its highest So are the ones who are unvaccinated in these walk-in clinics now held in separate holding areas?

I do hope someone reads this email and might favour me with a reply. I have shopped for many years at various Loblaws stores, but i am no longer a customer. I am totally opposed to your self check out lines in your stores. I see many reasons to object to them: firstly it deprives many check out clerks of an employment opportunity. It is an unwieldy system at best and very confusing especially to elderly shoppers. If I come to your store to shop I see no reason why I should have to do your job and decide how much I have to pay after you cut your staff to save money. Is my time not worth something, I have not noticed any price savings on your products, nor a time clock recording how much time at $15. 00 an hour it took me to do your job. I hope you are beginning to see a decline in revenue at your grocery stores and return to adequately serving your customers as Sobeys and IGA continue to do. Talk to your customers, ask what they want and expect, do not ignore service for profit.

Our family have been loyal Loblaws shoppers for many years now. Our most recent experience on Sept 23, 2021 at your 200 Bullock Dr location has left us questioning whether your company even deserves our business. Ranjany, the supposed "customer service professional" at the self-checkout counter did nothing, but shout commands very agressively at us. B/c we could not understand her English accent--we pressed the wrong button for the green peppers--she even yelled at us for no reason. When we told her there was also no code for the pineapple, she said "do it yourself" When asked why she has such a bad temper, she simply replied "no bad temper" + walked away. If every customer were proficient at using these self-checkout machines then we wouldn't need your help. Coincidentally, this is the 2nd such incident at this store. Whether b/c of racism or the pure incompetence of your staff, I really hope you acknowledge this problem + instill better values in your staff. VERY DISAPPOINTED .

For many years I have liked and shopped the Loblaws stores and subsiduaries such as Zehr's, and Superstore. My issue is that you people need to take a serious look at how Wegman's and Krogers in the United States, market and sale price their products. When they offer a '2 for the price sale' on something, you can mix and match as long as its the same food company, say Kashi for example. They will honor the sale price if a consumer only buys ONE of the items at the two for sale price items. (One third of the population is SINGLE: your sales are usually geared to FAMILY groups only). This unit sale price marketing is great and encouraging a consumer to continue to shop Loblaws and not Metro or Sobeys. E. G. Yesterday I wanted to buy Kashi Original Cereal and Kashi Cinnamon Harvest since they were both 2/$9. 00. When I bought one of each seeing the sale price, the cashier rung up regular pricing since I couldn't mix and match So I ended up buy two of the same one that I didn't want to do.

Provigo Quebec,
This week, as usual, our shopping is performed on Wednesday. I use the flyer weekly to make my decisions. Suddenly the flyer showed that the week now starts on a Wednesday? My order this week ended up in the garbage. The savings from this flyer which goes on until the coming THURSDAY and not Wednesday, this event really left me flabergasted and a loss of $43. 28 this week alone
I was so humiliated at the check out when I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE FLYER DATE CHANGES. I stopped scanning my order and left everything in front of the check out scanner and left the store. Went to a Metro store just around that corner and spent $438. 78 which was supposed to go for Provigo, mostly every week. Now I will attend to shop at any store except Provigo, it's your stupidity to change the flyer date without making it very clear Your loss.

Can you fix My Gluten Free Grits Cirsis?

2 Health food distributors serving Ottawa, ON have stopped distributing Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Corn Grits which has been an essential part of my breakfast. One think i do not like about Loblaws is that it controls too many prices in too many store. You can make me feel a little better about Loblaws by having Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Corn Grits at a really low price on Natural Food shelves in Ottawa, ON, Bye the way; What has happened to the President's Choice Organic Green Peas?
