JetBlue is by far the worst airline in the country. On August 13th, my sons fiance arrived in New York from Moskow. My son had reservations next day to fly JetBlue to Savannah, Ga. He got to the airport and was told after waiting 1-1/2 hours that his flight, which was the last flight out that day was cancelled. All the passengers were bumpt off their flight only meal tickets were offered no compensation for hotel for overnight stay. JetBlue was supposedto fly out the next morning to Savannah, when they got to the airport at 7:00 am and waited 1-1/2 hours they found out that this plane was delayed due to mechanical issues as well and they could not fly out until 12:15 that means they had to spend additional money for food not counting hotel bill the night before. Today his fiance flying back from Savannah to New York to connect with Delta to Moskow. The flight again was delayed, the delay was never displayed on the airline arrival and departure screens. Her conncting flight was mis.
