Mohammad Javed Miandad PP SI, popularly known as Javed Miandad, is a Pakistani cricket coach, commentator and former cricketer known for his unconventional style of captaincy and batting. Miandad is known for his unique technique, impressive control, and ability to score runs in almost any situation. He is also known for his historic last-ball six against India in 1986, which won Pakistan the match. Miandad has held key positions in the Pakistan Cricket Board and coached the Pakistan national team. In 1976, Miandad became the youngest player to score a double century in Test cricket at the age of 19 years and 140 days.
