Hello - I recently went to visit your store in Houston b/c we live in the surrounding area. You need to know that your Houston location has MOLD I suffer from CIRS. I literally ran out Ran out holding my breath b/c I thought I would pass out and die. I will NEVER shop there ever again. I told friend and family about what happened. They are no longer shopping there. Mold spores are DANGEROUS Mold overall is a MASSIVE health risk. Your store needs remediation. Everything in the ENITRE lower level must be disposed of b/c of cross-contamination. Hopefully you take this seriously. Respectfully, Mrs. Addison.

Hello,
I made an order on the 26th of July in Greece. I was sent an email as confirmation of purchase which reported that I will have my order within five working days. I contacted your franchise seller IKEA in Greece and I was told that five working days mean eight working days. Their logic is unique. I also contacted with the transportation company which informed me that ten more working days are required in order to deliver my order at my address which is 200 km far from Athens. Well we come to the conclusion that the order will be delivered in about a month since the products are available. That is the system your partner works in Greece
Lying and delaying. I do not want to cooperate with them again
Im sorry that my partners and friends will be aware of the incident and they will follow my tactik.

Went to your store in Houston today 3/27/2022. Disappointment total. Wanted to buy a sleeper couch and after much deliberation decided on a Vretstorp sleeper couch. The next step was to try and find a person who could assist with payment. I was told to go back and take a picture of the tag and bring it downstairs to the cash register. So, now I am walking against traffic. Once at the cash register I was told to go somewhere else to get a piece of paper without which I could not make a payment. I complained, but a manager told me to call customer service. At this point I simply gave up and figured I would order it on line and pick it up Monday morning. Turns out none of your sleeper sofas can be picked up in the store, but must be delivered or I could find another pick-up point at check-out on the web-site. Just so that you know, this is Texas. The distance from Houston to next major city where you may have a store is roughly equal to the distance from Gothenburg to Oslo.

I ordered items on 12/23/21 from Ikea Sofia Bulgaria. I paid via Debit card. Subsequently I cancelled the order on 12/26/21. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and no one has returned my phone call or email request. I am deeply disappointed in Ikea. I will never shop Ikea ever again.

I don’t normally write to companies about positive advertising, however, I feel i must let you know how wonderful your current television spot in Canada is. “In My Book of Dreams” is absolutely wonderful and beautiful Having spent my career in Marketing and PR, I know a great ad when I see it. The song is beautiful, and once I hear it, I know it’s IKEA, I sing along, and it stays with me most of the day, but not in an annoying way like other jingles. The imagery is fantastical and I watch it every time Whomever came up with this ad campaign should get a raise, and the ad itself should win an award internationally I just wanted you to know how much you’ve impressed me

I ordered a kitchen. Designing the kitchen was great, ordering it difficult, receiving it even more difficult. I managed to order most of the kitchen, but a couple of items were not in stock. Instead of placing those items on back-order, and delivering them when they were in stock, I had to make a new appointment with the kitchen team. Still not in stock, so made a new appointment a week later. Still not in stock, so made a new appointment a week later. STILL not in stock, but we managed to make an order by substituting for similar items. So I placed that order, and paid. The day of the kitchen delivery, no delivery. Spent four hours on the phone, calling back time after time, before I finally managed to get a re-delivery for five days later. Now the 2nd part of my order - despite having to wait till it was in stock before being able to place the order, on the day of the delivery. Items not in stock So I am back on the merry go round of "Call back next week" AWFUL SERVICE.

The worst customer service pssible. A broad day robery
they never delivered the good at least not yet. ten business days have passed. I live in greece and odered something from Kotosvolos which is situated right next to Ikea kiffisos, the order to kotosvolos was placed two days after the order to ikea, it arrived after one day and ikea order numbert yet. Maybe they send it from sweden via china that is why it takes so long. I have a good mind to report this to the EU commerce department, they should do something about this kind of fooling the people. For now, i am just going to ask my credit card company to cancel the transaction and refund me the money.

I am sorry to bring this to your attention. My family and I love IKEA. But the bicycle and scooter policy and amenities in the Villiers-sur-Marne, France store do not seem to be in line with your brand. The bicycle racks are located in the back of the parking lot, do not really allow for safe lock-up of bicycles and are rather exposed to the elements. There is nowhere we could find to lock up a scooter and staff won't allow one in even folded up and in a large IKEA bag or on a caddy so that it won't bother others. In response the staff suggested that we 'just leave our stuff for anyone to grab' or to 'put it in our car'. Since I know you at least used to carry a line of cycling products and encourage environmentalism, I was fairly surprised by their response. We had the feeling they really only wanted our business if we were filling up a mini-van with boxes of IKEA furniture. We sometimes like to go there just for a snack, a meal, kitchenware or bedding as well.

I can not review HQ yet, but I can tell you IKEA in Puerto Rico gets a 0. We were suppose to have a delivery on Wednesday and did not. We have called the local number at least eight times each time with a promise that someone would call back, but no call back. Three times we have asked to speak with a supervisor, but apparently they manage themselves because each time we have requested a supervisor there is not one in the building. In the past I have heard people talk highly of ikea, but apparently it did no pertain to customer service. I have spent over thirty years in customer service starting as a front line person to the Director of a large organization, I can tell you if I was in charge I would be looking for more than a few new employees.

I am Writing to you from Romania, as a last hope to sort out my issues with Ikea Romania. At this point it is to late to talk about disapointment and horible customer service. Write now I am talking about desperation. I ordered items on line for the value of 4000 euros, for delivery 300KM away from Bucharest. The order was done two weeks ago. At this moment I have received half of the items. I am missing a hob, an oven tabs and several kitchen units. Nobody can tel me where they are. I am leaving the contry in four days and I lost any hope of receving th above mentioned items. For the last five days I am calling Ikea Bucharest and I am past from one persone to another. After spending long minutes on hold I am told that I will be contacted as soon as possible. I tryed to speak to somebody in charge, a manager or supervisor and I am told that it is impossible. I wrote this email as I do not know who to contact anymore. Please help me to sort out my issue.

Three delivery dates given. First being 1st June, then 2nd, then third now today 4th June, each time sitting waiting like a fool. Not even one call to say they weren't coming. Will they arrive the 7th June. Lets see?

Happy to take my money, even €60, 00 for a delivery charge. Appalling service, never again will i shop there, not the first appalling service, , but certainly the last i will endure. All calls chasing were by me. Goods ordered from Palma Mallorca, apparently deliveries handled by CANARY Islands, they gave me a number to speak to in Palma MALLORCA, Guess what, 15 times i have tried to speak to someone, not once has it been answered. Further appalling survice. So far they have taken my money under false pretences.

We have arranged with the office inside IKEA to be delivered on Jyly, Saturday2th, in the morning and after having prepaid the whole amount of the transportation, today Saturday morning the 2th, after calling the Carrier to confirm time of delivery, we have been informed that the merchandise will be delivered after 19h00 today. I T I S UNACCEPTABLE FROM A GREAT FIRM SUCH IKEA NOT TO BE PUNCTUAL. Since I am a very "faithful" Ikea's customer, I can not accept this unpuctuality from Ikea's carrier, named DLETATOLAS EXPRESS CARGO. We kindly ask you to make an examination with IKEA in Athens, since they do not work seriously. IF you do not want to loose your clients.

Placed big order on 17 June for delivery on the 30, Phone call received at one pm on the 30 that none of the items were in the warehouse for dispatch. They categorically refused to put me to a general manager and gave conflicting excuse as to why the delivery did not happen. It anyone is thinking to order from Ikea UK think 100 times the worst customer service .

Hi I recently visited a store in Gateshead, England and was dismayed to see the image of a performing elephant to illustrate the resilience of your products. Portraying animals performing stunts is not an association that a company like Ikea should be using, a lot of the stunts the animals are made to do are painful and not natural to their physique. I realise that the image is used to prove a point about your products, an image relating to a leading edge company of contemporary design and one not related to an outdated, cruel practice of keeping animals in unnatural conditions would be far better for its image.

I have been a customer for at least 25 years. No more. We ordered a replacement part and the first delivery was damaged before receipt. Three months later we still do not have it. We asked that it be sent to our winter address and it seems to have been sent to ( though not received by ) our summer address. I am a great fan of IKEA stock and furniture and have bought there many many times including yesterday in Bristol UK. HOWEVER your checkout and till systems are AWFUL. I wonder why supermarkets, DIY shops and garden centres with similar staff levels, and with customers with trolleys full of items seem to be able to organise their checkouts and have payment systems which are several times faster than yours. All your tills were open yesterday nevertheless the queues were long and took an unreasonably long to get through. Why can supermarket checkouts process a trolley with many many more items so much faster than IKEA????
It is exasperating and leaves your customers with a very bad experience as they leave your stores
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SIMETHING TO MAKE IT QUICKER
