Dear Sir,
There are lot of difficulties to get equivalence certificate. No senior person is available to discuss about the unavoidable problems. On your website, delivery time is seven days for normal and three days for urgent,, but your counter employee has given us delivery time after 15 working days for urgent case, while we paid double fee (Rs. 3000/-). This is highly objectionable and unfair. There is a big rush on the counter every time. Also there is a person roaming around as agent, demands for handsome money/bribe to do the work before time His name is Usman having mobile number 03442617765. This person is associated with the staff working inside the office. Also there is no proper window/person to guide or help the people. You people are not doing job free of cost. We are paying for every work. And the employees of Inter board are getting salary from this income. YOU HAVE ONLY ONE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT WHICH REMAINS UNRESPONDED EVERY TIME. NO BODY IS PICKING UP THE PHONE???
