This is NageswaraRao From Prakasam Dist, Inkollu Mandalam, I have 498a and MC in Parchur court, But, From Inkollu Police station-S. I-Mr. Rama Krishna very big problem to me, he raised 307 Case on me, without I am in Andhra Pradesh, Because, He is basically from Petitioners village and again he his asking my property. And my land also, he himself given to lease to others and they himself, they are creating Forgery documents also, they kept A. T. C case with Forgery Document, there is no justice, Against this I kept private Case and court is also not taking(it is under CFR from 02 years). With forgery documents they are enjoying my property from four year, I taken Injection and given/shown to S. I with sale deed and all original documents on my name. There is no answer from him and mental harassment from 04 years, What can i do sir, only two ways. Either suicide/against war with S. I, But, he telling I am Govt. More ever my both children s are with me from three and half year,

Sir this D srinivas out sourcing employee of Telangana model school rr district sir we are appointed on September2013 in that school, but we are not getting salaries regularly still we are wotk hord in school and in this academic year may, June, july'this is August 20 th still we are not getting our salaries from three months onwords and no increament ie CM is incresed our salaries our department not giving daily we are sleeping with hungry plz help me sir

I have approached you regarding a dispute between two parties for water in the premises of five flats. The encrochment, misuse of current, misuse of common area, roudism, etc. By a muslim community and harassing a hindu family to making him to sell the property and leave the place. But my is rejected that it will not cover in the purview. When water is disconnected is it not my right to fight for water. I would like to know the cases what all are covered under HRC?
Why is it not considered in HRC where I have lots of hope?

mere aur mere bhai ke beech main house ko leker ladaie chal rahi hai. Meri mother ki zindagi main hum dono ko half half portion diya gaya likin bhai sare ghar per qabza ker ke bait gaya. To mere portion ko hasil kerney ke liye kuch ho sakta hai. Pepar to likha hai likin bond pepar per nahi likha sade pepar per likha hai. Kiya is ki vailo hai. Pleas is ka answer do to meharbani hogi. Good afternoon sir. My sister got married on 17/5/2005. Before martiage her husband said he is software employ. But after marriage we came to know he is not even completed class 10. He is cook in hotel. My sister is govenment teacher all her money salary he will take and harrasing her. Four times he broke her head. Now she is conceived four months pregnancy. Still he kicked her on her stomach. She got heart pain. Fever. Which everthings he get in his his hand he will throw on her. Heavy ironlock, iron rod, he will jump and kick on her head. My sister will do job and all money will be taken by her husband. Atm also he will keep with him. Even ten rupees also he will not give to my sister for her expenditure. How to stop this injustice sir.

Sir, I would like to know if in legal issues, when cases are getting delayed for years and the petitioner is a senior citizen with no other source of income, can the human rights commission direct the relevant labour courts for speedy disposal of cases, so that justice is delivered at the earliest.

it is good. But i want to inform you that you are not concentrating on private limited company. which are so, harrsing their employees, due to which we are seeing some sucide by the employee's but it is not highlighting. about our case our company is earning good profits, but when it comes to increment time they give around Rupees 250 to Rupees 300 per month (i.e 3000/- to 3600 per year) is that fare. Please look in to it and help us because with this, we can live in this city
