The ultimate WORST service. ALL numbers go to a call center and when you ask for a manager they all say they are the manager. They won’t give you their extension to get back in touch with them. The noise level in the background is so unbearable that no one can hear what is being said. They are rude. Shall I go on?
I tried to make a complaint to corporate. Again, a call center and then was disconnected after a long hold. Fidelity may be making money, but when I resolve this issue, IF I can, they will never ever see a dime of my money again or any money from anyone I know.

I started an IRA in January 2019. On several occasions, Fidelity advertised a Reward Visa Credit card to me. I signed up and was put on automatic redemption back into my IRA for rewards on purchases using the card. I had a fraud experience in July 2021 and was offered no other option, but to close out the card to avoid further fraudulent charges. I was told I had $18 in the remaining points. I assumed the auto redemption put the balance of my points into the IRA. This was false. I actually had $821 worth of points and when they closed out the card they refused to pay me these reward bonuses. I am filing in the district court on November one, 2021. I also closed out IRA account. Crooks. Stealing $821 from a retired senior citizen.

On June 25, 2021 I requested a check to be sent to me in the form of a Qualified Charitable Distribution. After four weeks I still have NO check. Three visits with Fidelity "Representatives" proved fruitless. The 4th contact was Monday July 18. His name was Joshua and he assured me he would fix the problem. He ostensibly had the original check stopped and promised to have a new check cut and "overnighted" to me. I planned an extensive trip to start Saturday. This is the 3rd day still with no check. Talked to Representative John today. He placed me on hold to investigate the situation. He then advised me the check has not yet been prepared and they may get around to it tomorrow so I should have it next Monday. I became completely outraged at this incompetence

I then advised John that during the hold I went on line and found a Charles Schwab office less than2 miles from my hour. So after 30 years it may be bye bye Fidelity.

They have stolen $4200 from me and wont release it even after provable documents have been faxed to them. The Irs has been notified and another government agency has informed me to file charges against the company. I have kept my composure the up until the last three days, but am beginning to get verbally combative with these thieves. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT INVESTING EVEN HALF A PENNY WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. THEY WON'T EVEN UNLOCK MY ONLINE ACCOUNT FOR ME TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY WERE GETTING ALL FAXES FROM ME UP UNTIL THEY GOT WHAT THEY NEEDED, NOW THE LAST THING THEY NEED, THE FAXES ALL OF A SUDDEN STOP COMING THROUGH? THIEVES I WHAT YOU ARE. MAYBE YOU WANT TO FIX YOUR WRONG BEFORE CIVIL ACTION BECOMES NECCASARY. MAYBE SOMEONE HIGHER UP IN CORPORATE WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT ME TODAY?

This is in regard to a conversation I had with an 800 number supervisor today who said his name was "Charles Supervisor". He was very arrogant and ended our our conversation with "I would have to live with it". I would like someone to contact me and further discuss the subject of my call regarding IRA rollover statements.

I am writing this review about employee Jennifer Wagner. I was having a problem with my two pension accounts. When I called in on 4-20-17 at 2:25pm Ms. Wagner took ownership of th call. I had already sent the check back in to have it canceled and have two checks cut. She promised me she would follow-up and she did on the correct date and time. Having been in call centers for almost 25 years, I demand great customer service when I call a company's customer service. Jennifer should be commended for going out of her way and being patient with me. She also answered all questions and if she did not know the answer she was able able to find the correct information. Please let Ms Wagner and her supervisor what a stellar job she did in handling my case. Please followup with me via email.

Worst customer service ever Your phone reps all sound hesitant now. No one knows how to navigate through the website anymore, I got transferred several times to different people. I do not even want you handling my 401K anymore. And you can be sure I went on Yelp to leave a review so people can see how awful your company really is now.

Actually, I am rating the fidelity office, I believe is in Ohio, who has taken
over the AT and T Legacy Pension Group, I have had nothing, but problems with that
office, am speaking with a rep by the name of Jerry kNODELMAN, he claims no
manager available for me to speak with, my check was mailed on 12/14/2015, I
have not received as of yet, have contacted office over ten times, just found
out on 12/30/2015, my check was mailed to wrong address, Jerry
placed stop payment, i called today again, I see the monies in the ira
account, Jerry, claims i have to wait till FRIDAY1111111 I AM
BESIDES MYSELF, TAX OFFICE IN PROCESS OF FORECLOSING MY HOME,
AND THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY it is imperative
that someone contact me with the escalated, point of protocol,
so that I may withdraw my monies from your company, My Name

PS. There have been not one not two, but over three separate errors on my accounts,
causing, these chain of events, please look at account.
