Faustyna Kotlowska is a Polish Paralympic athlete who competes in discus throw, javelin throw and shot put events in international level events. Kotlowska sustained a serious leg injury in March 2016 when she was involved in an accident. She broke three world records at the 48th Polish Para Athletics Championships at the AWK Krakow Stadium – one record for each day of competition. Her first record was in the women’s shot put F64 in which she threw for 10.35m. The second record was in the discus throw F64, with a score of 36.53m. Finally, Kotlowska broke the record in the javelin F64 with a score of 26.61m. This competition involved over 250 athletes with representatives from Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Malta, and Portugal.
