Ms. Erika RothFeb 06, 2023
As a long time passenger of Emirates, flying business class mainly I sadly have to say that not, under any circumstances I will choose Emirates to be my airline again. Down graded to economy from business class and the reply to my brought forward complaint are enough to realize that Emirates is not as it used be and does certainly not deserve to be named the worlds best or top airline. Sad for me cos it’s this situation, the way Emirates dealt with it, which ruined all other good experiences and memories I had. As much as the first impression wins is as much the last concludes the chapter. I’ve tried to get an acceptable respond, but lost time it was. I’m still awaiting an answer. Regards Erika Roth.
