I have subscribed for home delivery of The Hindu daily during October, 2015. During June, 2016 I had to shift my residence to Mylapore. I had given a change of address request on May 30, 2016 for which to my surprise the concerned official told it will take 15 days to implement. In spite of 25 days and repeated follow ups from my end, there is no proper response from anyone from THE Hindu. A daily call alone is being received asking if the daily is being received by me, wherein on a daily basis I had to shout back at the representative. Now when I am calling the customer care number for inquiry, they have my details in finger tip,, but are not able to resolve my issue of not receiving the daily. A newspaper agency, which has so many readers across should be providing a far better service. Hoping to get my issue resolved on priority.

Sir, i need urgent help. No anybody help me. I am an engineering student fron jharkhand. Recently there was an exam of JUVNL for assistant and junior engg, but before exam answer of question paper was leaked and sold by 1400000 and through whats app the ans were sent to many candidates. I am not one of them, but i got ans sheet after exam and every body including chairman and head of JUVNL know that the paper was leaked and sent through whats app, but yet no any actions were taken. Thats the reason why there is building collapse, bridge collapse, everything is not in good step due to these uneducated person who got job through illegal step. Please help and request him to cancell the exams. Thank you sir

Dear EditorI have been reading The Hindu for 50 years since 1965 Just when I turned 16 years. Since then every day after my coffee, the first act after receiving The Hindu, I will flip open the Sports page to read the Obituary. The rest of the news reading is afterwards. We are Invited for a wedding, but we get informed about some one passing away from this world through a news. Many times i have come to know the death of some one whom you know over the period of years through The Hindu Obituary page and I use to call them or send a communication sharing my condolences to the near and dear of the departed soul. Even if I am traveling i use to read this through The Hindu web page. Since March 16 Th of 2015, i find The Obituary Page of Obituary is not being up dated which saddens me very much. Is there any specific reason for this stoppage please ??I would very much appreciate if the Editor takes a note of this and restore please.
