On 9/3/2022 - Store #0322 - Somewhere in Kansas, packaged this beautiful lace and sequin R and M Richards Dress along with a beautiful John Mark Top with NO Respect

These Items were just thrown in together inside the rough edges inside the box with no protective coverings whatsoever NOTHING

Spoke to the Assistant Manager at store #0322 to voice my concerns. Needs to educate staff or go to training as simple as packing and mailing items ordered online

Customers across this country are giving Dillard's the business even in this unprecedented time
Poor Customer Service of any kind will put you out of Business sooner or later if issues are not corrected.

Until Friday, March 18th I was an associate at Dillard's Toledo. Store Management broke its agreement with me regarding my availability and the assistant store manager (Shelby Abrams). Funny, how others in the same department pick and choose when to work yet I was discriminated against. I guess I was not part of Shelby's clique. Of more concern is how she violates company policy and gets away with it. Last week was double discount for employees and employees received an email from corporate that no one was allowed to hold any merchandise. Shelby sent out her own email stating that we could hold merchandise for this event and to put them in department manager's offices. I was told to ignore the company email since Shelby said differently. She also discriminated against a gay employee in my department telling him he could not buy a purse that he wanted during this event because he was a guy. How can your company permit her to do these things?

I wanted to write and commend Dillard's for the caliber of employees at your Columbia, Missouri store; specifically Cyndi Kazmirzak the counter manager for LancĂ´me. Cyndi is cheerful, bright and knows her product well. She was so helpful and her personality absolutely sparkles. I have a really hard time picking fragrances so Cyndi gave me a few samples to take home, carefully explaining to me about each sample--"this one has more floral notes" or "this one is a little more citrusy and crisp. " To me, perfume is more than just a scent you wear--it defines you and its an investment you make in yourself. She told me to take my time and try each scent once I got them home because they would not only work with my specific body chemistry, but after wearing it a while, each scent would mellow. Give this lovely young lady a raise I'm going back next week to make my purchase and I want her to get the credit for the sale.

Hello to Those Who Are Really In Charge of the Dillards Brand:

Hi: I need help. I am a new store associate at Dilards Park Place Mall. I am being constantly harassed by store management and associates. I need to have a formal meeting about my employment on Monday, August 15, 2016 @ 10am. My store associate ID is 907-97-3452. Thanks. I have eight complaints about Dillards Park Place Mall:

1) Formal Part-time Associate Training Issues (Policy vs Selling)
2) Informal Part-time Associate Training Issues (Behavioral Issues with Management)
3) Female Harassment (Bullying Random or Not)
4) Racial Discrimination ( I am african american)
5) College Degree Discrimination (University of Arizona Alumni)
6) Sex Discrimination (Male v Female Behavioral Issues)
7) Scheduling Discussion (Discrimination against those of us who utilize public transportation)
8) Poor communication between store management and department management. Thanks for any mediation help.
