Mr. Aditya Puri Ji used to respond to all mails and calls. Now the response and support of the nodal officer and the management is not at all ustomer friendly. Please be responsive and positive towards customers, as they have seen the worst in COVID. Thanks and Kind regards

there has been a fraudulent withdrawal of rupees 2. 90 lakhs each from our savings bank account numbers 01341570002200 and 50100064382612 in HDFC DEFENCE COLONY BRANCH, D 23, DEFENCE COLONY NEW DELHI 110024
A FIR has been filed with DCP CYBERCRIME DELHI, within one hour of the fraudulent transfer. Copy of the FIR was handed over to the Branch Manager. I am 80 years old and my wife is 76 years of age. The fraudulent transfer of amounts makes a huge dent in our savings. I am bringing to your attention as there is no other way to contact you otherwise. I hope you will take notice. Rgds.

I wanted to talk to the chairman, but the number is constantly busy. I have a serious complaint against the Bank. Can I have the Mail ID of chairman to write the complaint. I do not think customer care can address my problem to my satisfaction.

I would like to share that your company is full of worthless people. Only job they have is to take home the salary at the end of the month most of the working employees are those ones who are at the bottom the co ex and off roles are the only people who are working and it seems what ever decision you take to improve it finally have to be executed by them. And by the looks of it you are not a good pay master. I would advice you to visit the branches of your organization for a change. I suppose I did not hurt your or your companies ego. I seriously doubt that you would even read this.

I am very sorry to write this letter to you as I tried to contact on customer care number 9898271111 for more than half an hour for last three days and I was receiving answer that due to server connectivity or customer executives were busy. I really do not understand that are there many customer having problems or your customer executives are like ministers that they are not easily approachable. My problem are (1) I have not received my credit card bill statements for last two months. After my complain it was mail to me. (2) In this month bill, I have received late payment fees as INR 400, I want to clarify that it was your fault that you did not send me any SMS amount due or Hard copy of Bill Statement or Email for the same, even though, I had talked to customer care no for bill amount and did payment by cash after three HOLIDAYS 23, 24, 25 December 2015. And You are charging LATE FEES and FINANCE CHARGES AND BILL FINANCE CHARGES. Please Wave all this charges. I spent 12 hrs for this.

I have only one dealing with HDFC bank and my experience is very pathetic. I had taken Auto loan in 2010 from Jaipur Branch. Somehow, for last 2years I am at Pune. I have paid the last EMI in November 2014 and inspite of repeated persuance through phone, email there is no solution. About two months back, there was one response and I was assured that I would get the NOC at my Pune residence within a week and one Mr Yogesh was given the task, but even after waiting for last two months, telephonic requests and email reminders there is no result and now the no. Of Mr Yogesh is always switched off perhaps he might have barred my number So, this is the service from HDFC where Mr Parekh is there for years and could not improve the customer service but he expects total change in the country within seven months of change of Govt. I do not know whom to approach so this grievance. My auto loan Account number Is 17612044.

Anyways, do please find my grievances as under:
1. My billing address to be changed permanently as under:

2. I purchased a mobile worth Rs 22, 000/- in FEB 2014 under a six month finance scheme offered by HDFC Bank for its Credit Card Holders. A lump sum payment of Rs 22, 000/- was also deducted; whilst parallely an EMI is also getting deducted @ 3640/- a month. My question is why is it happening like that? 3. I had been permanently beholding a free basic account with "Linked In"; which FYI
is a free account. I only upgraded it once to 'Premium Account' and it was in April 2014, but the charges @ INR 1200/- a month are still getting deducted for almost six months.
