Went into store today and purchase a bedspread throw over which said it had been reduced by 50% to £45. The original label had been covered over with a new hand written one which said was £90 now reduced to £45' these covers had been at this low price of £45 for months. Big notices in shop windows saying everything now reduced, but these bedspreads/ throws were still at the price they had been for months £45. I queried this and was told not everything had been reduced Dow, so paid up my £45. Just looked on line when the got home and find now that for 48 hours another 25% had been taken of and could have got it for just over £33. Think this is really bad selling and is not the truth. Mi cannot return it as cannot get my money back otherwise would have ordered another on line and saved myself 25%.

Croydon BHS what a joke the customer service manager Sandra is, spent over £224 yesterday and realised they charged me for three items when I only had 2. Called up to speak to them, she was rude and ibnoxious on the phone then she put the phone down on me. All sympathy for the current actions against this store are now gone, if this is how they treat loyal customers of over 30 years perhaps it's best they no longer trade.

Just been shopping in your Wigan store and had a high street gift voucher, the gift voucher clearly states Wallis on it I had chosen a Wallis item, but when I tried to purchase it at the checkout was embarrassed having my gift voucher rejected. Not happy .

To Whom It May Concern Today Monday 25 th of April 2016 is a sad day for all BHS staff and I understand that there are restrictions on trading at the moment as BHS has gone into administration. However, I went to the BHS store in The High St. Prince Bishops Centre Durham City, I was purchasing champagne flutes and a towel and aimed to part pay for the goods with a £10 BHS credit note, may I add this is the £10 credit from a gift voucher purchase in February this year, when I spent £40, so it is in effect a £10 gift voucher, not credit for returned goods and it does not expire until 19.8.2016. As you can imagine the staff were all at sixes and sevens, and the lady on the till was willing to accept the credit note in part payment as I wouldn't require change, however, on clarifying the situation with two other senior members of staff, they read the public administration notices, and replied they didn't know, I was told No I couldn't use it, so can you clarify the position please.

Upon coming into your truro store at weekend of 6th April I was interested in buying some lamps. There were three members of staff chatting I waited for them to notice me and my partner as we needed two lamps as only one on display. Not one of the three asked us if we needed any help, we stood there ten minutes while they carried on chatting. Working in retail myself I take customer care as numer one priority and very disappointed as they were lamps I have been looking for.

Did you know that if BHS claim that you weren't in when they make a delivery, even if you are, they either charge you a further delivery charge of £45 or take 20% of the cost of the order?

AND there is nothing you can do about it. And I was in.

BHS Kirkcaldy is a shambles off a store and i am surprised head office allow their stores to get in such a mess Whilst on a visit to the store i found that the clothes rails were completely over filled, parts off the store were so overfilled there was items lying all over the floors I stood for over five minutes right in front off two staff members, who were more interested in their conversation about another staff member than me, waiting for assistance one staff member when i complained, the name on her name tag if i remember correctly was Jane, told me I COULDNT HAVE MADE IT CLEAR I NEEDED ASSISTANCE Is this really how BHS run its stores? Safe to say i will never use your store again. DISGUSTING.

Whilst out xmas shopping we stopped to have a cooked brekfast at the hull store well I can honestly say the brekfast was cold and wasn't nice, my mum asked for scrambled egg with hers it looked awful. I went back to tell the lady serving and told her it was cold she said it shouldn't be and that was it we walked out and left the lot £14 waste of valuable money, .

I have sent a complaint regarding a store in St Enoch centre about there pricing. The reply I got from your customer services was shocking, according to them basically they can change prices when ever they want as they are a trial store. Nowhere on the premises does it say bhs trial store. I have never heard such nonsense in my life. The items we went in for were £12 two days before. When we went in it said 30% off, but when we went to the desk it was £14 they wouldn't give us the 30% off and had pulled some of the tags off atnd increased the price, the staff were not helpful at all. We decided to go to sauchiehall street shop and they couldn't have been any nicer. Their item was down to £8. 60, but they didn't have our size they phoned down to St Enoch s shop and was told we could go down and get them at £8. 60, but when we went back down again they told us that they were £14, they eventually gave us them at sale price, but we're not happy. I will not be going into St Enoch store again.

On 30/01/15 my partner and I were shopping in your Colchester store and we noticed the temperature to be excessively cold in compared to other stores generally. I do believe the temperature should be somewhere around 13 degree celsius for your employees and to have some respect for your customers. I did notice that your staff were wearing coats, which surely is not good for the business. We also noticed there are no seats in the changing rooms, which is not good for those with disabilities. The staff were very helpful, but we were only in the store for a short period due to coldness of the store. Surely the above is not acceptable for a major department store.

Hi Today I went into the Cafe in the Weston Super Mare store. The food I had was disgusting. My grandson and I left it and then left the store. The only thing that was ok was the salad, but not the cucumber. That was dry and stale. The jacket potato was dry and unedible. Even a pat of butter would have helped. The lasagne was dry and the salad the same as the other dish. The staff was to busy tidying up to realy service us. This was just after 1. 30 pm. Plenty time for lunch. They talked to each other saying, its ok they want salad not chips, and generally talking to each other although being quite far apart, therefore having to use loud voices. All in all not a good experience. This is a place I will not eat at again or tell others to do so. CarolineTrott.

Not sure if this is the right page for a moan, when into the Torquay Branch Devon, at five o clock today on the 22nd of November. Which the lights were being very dim like the store is closing so me and a lots of customer left the store. As we were going to do a big shop there, so we left, on our return journey back to the car, its said on the door six o'clock closing, so most disappointed with this store. So we have to go back another time. Terrible. Thank You.
