Is it that difficult to get a live person? I'm trying to find someone who was aboard the 152 Regional and after hours of trying to get info out of Amtrak if find it is stuck in Baltimore and now I can not get a real person in order to help. The whole Amtrak system sucks beyond belief. Would it hurt you to hire a few LIVE people? It would help Baltimore's economy would it not.
