I am a subscriber of Airtel for over 30/35 years. Recently my 2nd SIM card (used by my wife) got damaged. I went to the Airtel office in Fraser Town and they give me a free SIM after take my Driving licence as ID proof and my photo. However I got a message from 121 that there was a problem with my verification. So I went back again and submitted my Aadhaar Card again my photo was taken. Once again I was given a free SIM. Again I received a message from 121 that there was again a problem with my verification. So this time I send copies of all the ids I have (1) Aadhaar Card (2) PAN card (3) Driving Licence (4) Passport. I went to the office at 11 am, but the staff told me that they are waiting for their Manager to come and they would call me. Its now 12. 15 and looks like still the Manager has not turned up for work. Could someone help as the phone is been down for the 3rd day now.

I was cheated in this instance wherein, one of your company rep. Collected my ID proof and other documents for the purpose of changing my 4G Airtel dongle plan ( #9591984641) and i received a SIM card for the same. I am using the new SIM card issued in my Airtel 4G dongle ( number as mentioned above) and payment is being made for the same. This dongle is in use for over a year now and I STATE, I DO NO POSSES ANY SIM CARD BEARING THE NUMBER # 9148783762 and i request you to look into the matter as early as possible. Also, i would like to bring to your notice that in spite of repeated telephone calls to get his checked i have received absolutely no response from your end. This is highly disgraceful as i have been using the services of Airtel for a long period now and this is not as expected.

I took Airtel 4G Hotspot wifi connection (8971565994 hotspot number ) in June'15 and the Airtel representative (Manjunath) assured me that the speed in my area is 15 -18 MBPs. I got that speed for ten days and after that the speed dropped to 1-1. five MBPS. I registered a compliant for this in July’15 and Airtel manager Sudarshini told me that they have to install a new tower to improve the speed and it will take three months. I continued paying the bills with a discount of 200/- which was very less for the kind of data speed I was getting. I also need to invest Rs500/- on reliance net connect every month to take calls from home as with Airtel speed of 1MBPs, I could hardly check emails. So overall I was paying rupees 300/- extra every month in order to manage my work. Sudarshini gave me false hopes and assurance that things will become better, but nothing happened till now even after nine months. Now I will post blog on facebook.

Airtel has collected my documents for broadband after doing feasibility test. Even there manager confirmed that people are coming to my address for installation and will call me before one hr of reaching to the address. However, even after so many calls to manager and sales executive collected the documents the responded same and suddenly today they stopped picking my call. When I called customer care they said my request has been cancelled which I am not aware. The question is how can you take documents when there is no feasibility. Second till yesterday night there was feasibility and suddenly today morning they saying not possible and concerned person are not picking my call. Are you joking with customer? I need my documents back so that Airtel should not misuse my documents for wrong purpose. What are the real reason no one knows because all are working on via msgs and no one has clarity.

This is one of the worst customer care centers I have been to. The staff keep doing errors after errors and keep claiming that "errors do happen". First they mess up my SIM card swap by giving a wrong SIM. A sealed cover delivered to me with a nano SIM inside had a issues like the SIM number (20 digit identifier) not matching with what was printed. The Store personal sent the message to swap to the SIM number what was printed on the cover. I had least expected that Airtel could do this kind of mess up. So the SMS request to swap SIM sent by the customer care agent from my mobile was referring to the wrong SIM where as the SIM I was given inside the cover was having a different SIM number This was not all, but the worst part started. As I was not aware this error had happened I inserted the SIM in my phone and was waiting for the nano SIM to activate I started getting calls from some person accusing me that I have stolen his SIM card. He used foul language. No place to write.

AFTER PAYING MONEY FIRST AND AIRTEL IS CHEATING PEOPLE AND AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND EMAILS TO THE AIRTEL, EVERYDAY I AM GETTING FALSE PROMISES ONLY. NOBODY HAS TURNED UP YET. Worst response on calling. Goes to automated reply with telling to call 121 or 198. The landline 080 40907325 is out of order ( No Dial Tone) since yesterday (22/11/15) evening Made a complaint with 121 Comp No. As told is 61809306. Today morning by 0930 got a call from
4110 0555 that somebody will attend before 1200, , but till now 1500 hrs nobody turned up and status continues. When I tried to call the nodal officer Karnataka number the response is as above. Even at the nodal officer level if there is no personal response how a pity it is. The connection is to the I I M, which is located near your head office.
